You'll learn how to meal prep like a pro and become a balanced eating expert. We'll teach you the proper way to prepare vegetables, how to cook each grain to obtain optimum flavor, how to create 3 simple and unique sauces and how to assemble a beautiful Buddha Bowl.

The class will begin promptly at 6:30 PM, please do not arrive past 6:25 PM. Wine and light snacks will be available beginning at 6:15 PM for you to enjoy and are included in the price of your ticket.
